I am licensed as an Associate Broker, am a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors) as a Realtor and also a Mentor to new agents with Realty One Group Next Level.
A short backstory on how it all started… when I was 15 years old, I was “helping” the Realtor with the sale of my grandfather’s home, telling her all about it and why it’s so special. I realized my love for the home selling process right then and there and decided that being a real estate agent is what I was meant to do. By 19 years old I was licensed and within 2 months, sold my first home!
As a Listing Specialist, I specialize in working with Upsizers, Divorce/Separation situations, as well as I help with selling Estates when a loved one passes. Helping guide sellers with their back-to-back buy and sell transactions, divorce/separating sales, and sales of estates can all include some tricky moving parts but with lots of experience and certifications, I always love to help with getting my seller to their next chapter.
Although I’m known for making light of situations when acceptable, I take the care of my clients very seriously. I pride myself in providing all options for any scenario making it easy for my clients to know all potential outcomes based on past experiences. I have a lot of ideas and advice to provide after 230+ transactions closed so far in my career.
Since 2014, I have been awarded each year for my sales achievements as well as nominated for Rookie of the Year my first year licensed. In 2022 I was awarded with the Opening Doors Coaching Award, and 2023 Mentor of the Year. My certifications and designations are Buyers Representative®, FORMER Accredited Staging Professional®, Notary Public, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Realtor®, Short Sale Foreclosure Resource®, Seller Representative Specialist and Real Estate Divorce Specialist. I am a Realty One Group LUXE brand agent, as well as a member of the Greater Manchester Nashua Board of Realtors.
Aside from real estate, my other favorite job is being a mom to my two sweet little ones. When I take some time away from Real Estate, you can find me enjoying time with my family, hosting a cookout with friends, handing out with my chickens, or soaking up the sun on Winnipesaukee.

Our second appointment is a more in-depth appointment that includes the Market Value Analysis customized for your home created by me, and a presentation regarding the process of selling your home, how it all works and what to expect. The first appointment takes around 15 minutes.
The second appointment takes around 1 hour.
Buyers:
Buyer Consultation Appointment- We meet for this consultation once you’re all set up with your pre-approval letter. (Please reach out first if you need a recommendation for a local lender) At the consultation we will talk about the process of purchasing, what to expect, how much to expect to spend, and an in-depth conversation of what you’re looking for in a home. Once we have your criteria all set, you will be set up with an automatic feed from the MLS database to be kept up to date on the latest listings that fit your needs!
This appointment takes around 45 minutes.
