My friend referred me to Tamara, and she was a great resource to have in guiding me through the whole process. As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot to learn, and Tamara was extremely patient, thorough, and clear from the beginning. Her connections and rapport with a builder allowed me to purchase a home that wasn't even on the market yet, and I was able to make several custom choices in the home! Tamara is a realtor with the local knowledge that is imperative when buying a home, and she is so on top of things that the process stayed on track and even closed a day early. I met with Tamara from a referral from another friend. I had planned to just gather my head around the hopeful eventual purchase of a house. As a new resident to the state and a single woman, it didn't feel super attainable from a cost, knowledge, or management of logistics perspective. A few days later, she sent me a link with some pictures that weren't the most flattering but promised that it was beautiful in person and noting that it was even under budget. What can I say about Tamara? If not for her, there would absolutely be no way we’d have this beautiful home that we wake up to every morning. I graduated from college just a couple of years ago, and didn’t think a home, not just a house, would be possible for my budget. To this day, I have no idea how Tamara was able to do this for us. Not only did she find the perfect home in the exact location we were dreaming (Did I mention we thought it was way out of our budget?), but she happened to find a home that had EVERYTHING on our wish list.
