Sterling LLC is a General Contracting company specializes in landscaping and sediment and erosion in support of the clean water act.

Sterling has completed over 28 contracts in Prince George’s County. The Prince George’s County Fire Department is one of Sterling’s best customers. Eighty (80%) of our customers refer and return, as we deliver as promised on time.

Sterling is committed to cleaning up the Chesapeake Bay and other bodies of water around United States and other countries. Sterling was a part of the Clean Water Mentorship program for Prince Georges County and understands the correct way to implement landscaping and sediment erosion for new construction as well as retro work done at existing site for CWA.

Sterling has completed jobs ranging from ground up commercial buildings, concrete, roofing, BAF Installation, Generator Installation, Landscaping, Excavation, Parking Lot, Fences, Painting, Flow Testing, Exterior/Interior, Window Installation and Flooring with much success both commercial and private to include Prince George’s County Volunteer Fire Department.

Sterling’s most recent HVAC work consisted of removing and replacing (2) roof top units. Installed (2) comparable Traine RTU’S with equal or better tonnage. Duct Cleaning, TAB
report, new thermostats and all electrical work was completed on time. The units worked as advertised.

Sterling was contracted by the Prince Georges Maryland Fire Department to do electrical work. The SOW consisted of supervision, labor, material and equipment necessary to install 100 feet of 30 line, from the disconnect box of the B.A.F to the
junction box 25’ located above.

Sterling was able to cost effectively acquire a scissor lift for the installation and wiring of the fan. The project was performed one time and to the customers satisfaction. Our work has provided us with a continuing stream of work for the Prince Georges County Fire Department.

Sterling has built its clientele primarily on referrals as we are known to deliver as advertised and on time.
