Founded in 1989, Freedom Boat Club is the originator of the Boat Club Concept. As the world’s oldest and largest boat club in existence, we provide member access to boats at more than 200 locations in the United States, Canada, and Europe where our members never have to worry about cleaning, maintenance, insurance, storage, or hassles. They just show up, use the boat, have their fun, come back in to the dock and walk away!
Freedom Boat Club Of The Coastal Empire and Low Country offers 5 locations in a 2 State region.
Our Savannah / Richmond Hill members get unlimited usage on a fleet of more than 35 fully equipped boats that rotate every 2 years so our members are always on new or like-new Boats.
Our Hilton Head / Beaufort members get unlimited usage on a fleet of more than 40 fully equipped boats that rotate every 2 years so our members are always on new or like-new Boats.

• Ability to boat 7 Days a week all year long.
• Full day reservations. Pick up in the morning…bring back in the evening (Or overnight usage if you like with some restrictions).
• Ability to make up to 4 separate reservations as far out as 6 months in advance, plus be able to call everyday and get on a boat better than 90% of the time.
• You can take a boat anywhere in GA and SC waters (25 Mile Radius).
• You can boat in the ocean (up to 25 miles offshore as the crow flies from the shoreline).
• You can boat 4 times, per location, per year at all other (200+ current) locations.
• We provide you with comprehensive training conducted by a trained Captain.
• Sea Tow is included on every boat.
• All boats come fully equipped with full color GPS, depth finder, chart plotter, ship to shore radio, and everything that is required by law.
• You are named 3rd party insured for up to $1 Million dollars in personal liability on our insurance, and a reasonable deductible with any damage occurrence.
• You can exit our club at any time with a 60 day notice in writing and you are no longer obligated to paying dues.
