I met Sheri at an open house in August 2019 and after that it was history. As a real estate agent from California, we immediately bonded and began looking for a house with casita. I just didn't want a house but we looked a for over a year but wanted income. Sheri kept her eye on the ball . She sent properties for my review but one in particular returned to the market several times. We made a contingency offer. Sellers agent let us know contingency was a problem and we removed it asap. We closed escrow. What you need to know about Sheri is she is tenacious, patience, and flexes her negotiation skills with perfect timing. We held phone interviews with several highly rated realtors to assist with an out of state purchase and selected Sherri. We are pleased to report that we closed on a property that met all of our requirements in advance of a work relocation date. Sherri consistently went over and above expectations during the process. She was extremely response and always a step ahead to insure the process went smoothly. Some examples of exemplary performance - Assisted with new business formation for the purchase: obtain EIN, file for out of state LLC, state and local license requirements, tax reporting, ... - Hosted a FaceTime of a newly listed property (that we ultimately purchased) within one hour of hour our request. - Expedited offer acceptance to ward off a scheduled open house 1 day away - Hand picked the title company and the agent at the title company to insure a smooth and timely close - Hired a home inspector and hosted a FaceTime meeting on site. I was expecting a rubber stamp on a 10 month old Pulte house. Much to my surprise, the inspector reported 3 issues. One issue yielded a purchase credit (retaining wall repair) and Sherri filed a warranty claim with the builder for the others - Obtained documentation for items under warranty. She personally called one manufacturer to obtain warranty documentation. - Hosted a FaceTime for the final inspection, installed her personal SimpliSafe alarm with monitoring for the vacant period, and coordinated and supervised a locksmith key change. Will will gladly choose Sherri again if the need arises.
