In real estate, nothing beats experience, knowledge, and, most of all, genuine caring. That’s what I strive to provide to my clients throughout their journeys of selling their current home or purchasing a new one and I hope I can use my expertise to assist you in your journey, as well. I decided to become a licensed REALTOR® in 2008, capping off a 15-year career in real estate administration here in my hometown of Winnipeg, Manitoba. That was the best decision I’ve made. I have always enjoyed helping people, and it’s an honour to do so as a REALTOR®. I always put my clients and their best interests first. Honesty, integrity, customer service, and hard work are the cornerstones upon which I have established and nurtured my professional real estate career. As proud as I am of my accomplishments and awards within real estate, I’m most proud of the genuine relationships I have built. As I get to know my clients on a personal level, I am able to better recognize their needs and preferences, which allows me to sell their current home or buy their future home with confidence and in a timely manner. The relationships I have made will last a lifetime. I have also had the privilege of getting to know their families, friends, and co-workers from the referrals they have sent my way. I truly appreciate my clients, and ensuring they know they’re important to me is a priority. During my downtime, I enjoy spending time with my two children (who have grown into adults before my own eyes!), exercising, and travelling. I look forward to getting to know you!

When I bought my first home, I was very nervous about making the right decision. I ended up "settling" for my current home because I had very little help or advice from my agent. When it came time to purchase a larger home I had no trust at all, in any Realtor. We started looking online and frequenting open houses when at one of the open houses we met Sherri. Sherri reassured us that not all realtors are alike. We slowly started talking to her and she patiently showed us house after house; pin-pointing the exact type of house we wanted and needed.
