From the first showing with Scott I knew that his intentions were honest. His patience with me was surprising. You no longer need to look for a real estate agent as Scott is the best. I’m sure you’ve heard this before so allow me a moment to explain why. During the process of searching for my new home Scott went well beyond his responsibilities to help me. In addition to predicting my “winning bid” within $100, Scott took the time to visit my grandmothers house to assist her in determining the approximate value and was very insightful on tips to help her sell her house. I did not ask Scott to do this. He volunteered! One other tidbit that is rather impressive as well is the fact that I called Scott four MONTHS after I bought my house about home warranty and other questions. I did not want to bother him but he was my only source to answer these questions. Not only did he answer all my questions but he researched home warranty companies and texted me the links.
