Let me start by saying I don't typically write reviews. BUT. Sammy Hadid. This guy is the sharpest tack in Atlanta! We were nervous about listing our house but he swooped in (queue the angel harps) and sold it like a BOSS. Within a week of listing we had eight competing offers and accepted one that was $25k over ask price. From the first time we spoke he listened astutely to our needs and planned accordingly. -Then delivered on every single promise he made. Sammy is empathetic, a killer negotiator, and an all-around people person and great guy. You won't regret trusting him with the sale of your home!
