Commercial Cleaning Service: Raul and his team are amazing. The whole process has been seamless from start to finish. I contacted them to set up cleaning for our small office. Raul contacted me almost immediately, set up a consultation, came out, gave us a reasonable quote and was on the job a few days later. He asked questions I didn't even know to ask about how we wanted things cleaned and taken care of. Even when I added to the list, he was willing to go above and beyond. He even helped us out when our toilet was backing up! They are a quick and efficient and always courteous. I would hire them over and over again. I wish I could have them clean my personal house! Lol.

Commercial Cleaning & Floor Care I hired Raul to re-wax my floors and now my floors look more white than ever! I have never seen my floors this clean. He has so much pride for his job and I really appreciate it. He is very attentive. Now, I use ICM once a week for general maintenance for my pharmacy. Floor Care Raul was very professional throughout the process. He met me for a quote and thoroughly explained the scope of the job while observing appropriate COVID guidelines. The day of the job they arrived on time and left me with sparkling floors in a small commercial space. He was able to accommodate my scheduling and his price was appropriate. In fact his quote was very slightly higher than the lowest bid and the highest bid was 3 times more. Neither of the others offered the detailed explanation or the same level of service. I was very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend.
