Fees for mobile notary service and travel are mandated by the State of Nevada. Fees for these services are listed below. Travel Fees: • 6 AM – 7 PM, $30 plus signature fees (see below for signature fees) • 7 PM – 6 AM, $50 plus signature fees (see below for signature fees) Signature Fees: (Acknowledgement – The notary is acknowledging that the signer was in the notary’s presence. The notary lawfully ID’d the signer and the signer was willing to execute the document.) • $15 for the 1st document with a notarized signature (Per Signer) • $7.50 for each additional document with notarized signatures (Per Signer) (Jurats – Signer is swearing to the content of the document ‘Subscribed and sworn to before me’.) • $15 for each document with notarized signatures ( Per Signer) Disclaimer: I am not an attorney.
