As first-time homebuyers, we needed a lot of guidance and didn't know what to expect. I am so glad that we found Nikki. She was able to clearly walk us through our first home tours (both literally and figuratively!) and help us learn what to look for. Nikki was vital in my partner and I finding our perfect home! She went above and beyond to show us homes we wanted to see to help us make a decision that was best for us. We managed to find a great home in Grandview Heights despite how competitive the market is, and she negotiated and worked with the sellers to make the process seamless. Nikki was fantastic! My wife and I were randomly linked to Nikki through Zillow, but we couldn't have asked for a better match. She was always extremely efficient in communicating any updates for properties we were interested in and very speedy about getting back to us the few times we had to email or leave a voicemail instead of reaching her directly. She was able to negotiate a great closing price and even closing costs for us! She was also able to recommend a lender to us who was also absolutely incredible to work with. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Working with Nikki was the most positive real estate experience I have had in over 9 real estate transactions spanning mulitple agents. We connected on an inquiry through Zillow. She took my initial call and did the usual promise of how hard she works and all the other blah blah blah you hear from everybody. But the difference was that she did everything that she said she would and more. Listening to her advice, she had me in the top 2 of bids of multiple properties. I was able to successfully close 2 deals in the span of 2 months because of her guidance. Had I fully listened to her, I would have gotten every deal, but I cheaped out and went on the low end of guidance and barely lost out on the first 3 properties. Her response time is top notch, she has been patient with me and my lack of understanding of the processes, and has been able to explain every concept to me in easy to understand terms. Primary residences or investment properties, I would say that Nikki is an advocate for you and will not let you get something that you don't want just to make a sale. She will also keep it real and give it to you straight, even if it's info that you don't necessarily want to hear (like you didn't get the offer accepted or issues with sellers/inspections).
