For the better part of about 4 years, you stood by us and never wavered in helping us find our forever home. Also, while planning to say goodbye to the home my family had shared so many memories in. What your dedication and compassion meant in calming our anxieties can not be overstated. You listened to us throughout our search and kept what we needed in mind even when we began to lose sight and become discouraged. Nicole Palmieri, you never gave up on us and advocated for in a way that made us see how much you truly care about your clients. You are the example of what every agent should be. You always made us feel like we were your priority. Now in these trying times I am ever so grateful and thank God everyday for the blessing of this home and the angel he sent us in you to guide our journey. Meeting and working with Nicole to help buy this home was extremely refreshing. She is by far a wonderful, nice, passionate, smart, and did I say great person. The way she maneuvered our purchase was very fascinating and enlightening. She handled it with elegance, care, and she treated us like we were her family, like we were her brothers! I was taken aback by how amazing this was bc she didnt know us from a can of paint and yet the svc we received was phenomenal!!! I wanted to write this review weeks ago as we closed on our home and moved in at the start of November. Unfortunately this is the first time I've really had the chance and ability to but because Nicole is and was such an awesome Agent, this task on my todo list never left my mind! I have to start by saying Nicole's responsiveness and always ready to go attitude won me over from day one! The first time I called I didn't even know what I was going to get as I did it thru the Zillow app. It was a Saturday evening in the summer and she was at a BBQ. She answered and took all my information and was ready to get to work. I felt so bad, I said enjoy your night and she said don't worry about it. Needless to say, that was her attitude throughout the whole process. I called Nicole countless days at 4pm during the week after seeing a listing and she'd set up a showing for us that evening. I never felt pressured into liking something that wasn't right for us by her, and she always seemed as interested to see the houses as we were. It was like going to an open house with a friend. Once we did find the property that met all our criteria, so many unforseen things came up that we had to work thru in terms of paperwork and some other issues. Without going into detail, just know Nicole was ready and willing to do anything to help "the team" as I like to refer to all of us involved, get everything accomplished for us to purchase our home. I can honestly say my husband and I truly feel Nicole went above and beyond for us and highly recommend her!! She even won over my parents which is no easy feat! Lol. If I ever see myself looking to buy a home again, she's who I'm reaching out to first!

Nicole helped my husband and I purchased our beautiful home. I really thank her for being so quick & responsive she was on top of things and kept us informed of everything.
