Let me tell you! This woman made magic happen. Myisha explained her position in the home buying process and how each step would go with pros & cons. I gave her a list of everything I required to make a house my new home and the areas I preferred to move to. I personally did not have a huge budget so it made me feel more comfortable knowing that she was not rushing me or telling me i may have to go out of my budget to achieve the type of place that I want. As a buyer be prepared for analytical questions because Myisha will pick your brain to get a understanding on what’s entirely right for her clients over all lol. I plan to work with Myisha again when it’s time to shop for a family home with more square feet!

Working with myisha has been a wonderful experience. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, inquisitive and was very patient with me is I have been through this process three times in the past with no success. She is also not afraid to get her hands dirty. In some of the houses that we looked at she was able to find cracks problems and other inconsistencies that I would never have thought to ask about or even look for. With the home that I purchase she was able to broker a deal for $4,400 more than the seller was offering which was $3,400 more than I was even thinking about asking. If there was something wrong with the property that we were looking at or in a bylaw that I didn't understand she was patient enough to wait and we wouldn't go forward until I understood exactly what was going on. I am so thankful to her for what she has done in pointing me in this next journey of life!!!!!
