Best agent anyone can ask for! He helped me sell my home and buy a new one all in less than a month. Very patient and understanding of your needs. Made this crazy process as smooth as possible. He was always responsive and helpful to my questions. He would answer my texts at any time which is hard to find. I wish I could give him 10 stars! Mike is the guy to talk to when you need to sell or buy a property! We were a family of out-of-town buyers. We had just four days in Columbus to find a home in an overheated market. Mike communicated effectively before our trip and invested substantial time with us while we were there. He showed us everything we asked to see, without judging, then gave more feedback as he learned about us and our needs. Despite this being my 7th home purchase, the Columbus market was unlike any experience I'd had. Homes were selling at 10's of thousands over asking and offers were often only accepted for short periods. Mike's experience in this market was invaluable to us. On such a short timeframe, we essentially only had one arrow in our quiver. In the last hours of our last day, we hit the bullseye and got a beautiful home in an attractive Grove City neighborhood for a competitive price. Mike also followed through effectively after our sale, conducting our final walkthrough for us and arranging to have a key in a lockbox so our contractors could do some work before we arrive. Mike is absolutely incredible. My Spouse and I were first time buyers in this crazy real estate market, and Mike was with us every single step of the way. Mike really took time to understand our wants and needs during the process and gave us transparency as we started to tour properties which we really needed. It is probably impossible for me to be able to communicate how extraordinarily lucky we were to find Mike, who served as our agent for our first home purchase. Mike is the epitome of a professional, knowledgeable agent, who moves heaven and earth for his clients and isn't afraid to tell you both the good and the bad about potential properties. We trusted Mike implicitly and he didn't let us down. We were nervous about the process and had no idea how anything would work. And true to his word, we found the most amazing home $30,000 under our maximum budget. That's because Mike was concerned with helping us find the perfect home for us and not the bottom line. We found the home on Memorial Day weekend (he recommended we look then to try to beat some of the competition) and after a full day of showing us homes, I got to our apartment, saw a house, messaged him and we were there within the hour. Mike got all of our paperwork and offer ready so fast that the house offer was accepted by Monday (Memorial Day). Without Mike's flexibility, fast turnaround, and dedication to helping us in the market, I can confidently say we wouldn't have the house we ended up with. Mike helped us evaluate the house's worth, we made a strong offer, and we actually paid the appraised value--to the dollar! Mike's knowledge about the process, the area, and navigating the steps were invaluable. When we ran into snags and our closing was delayed by the bank, Mike was with us every step of the way and held the whole deal together. I was a nervous wreck and he always was available to reassure us and let us know that he was confident it would work out. I know we will be going to him for our next house as well. You don't get a better agent than Mike!

It’s simple—Mike Mitich should be your realtor. We relocated from out of state, and reached out to the agency where he works. Mike’s boss responded immediately to my inquiry (and she was on vacation). We worked with a different agent to start, but there was a scheduling conflict and Mike stepped in. He constantly made himself available, and while we tried to respect his time as well Mike always made time to answer our questions whether it was by phone, text, or e-mail. We traveled to Columbus for a weekend to view homes. For two days, Mike drove us around the city for showings. He had our list, he had his route planned, and we viewed way more than we anticipated. Mike also made sure, however, we did not view too many. To show you Mike also appreciates the small efforts, he was 5 min. early each day for our scheduled meeting time. Once we decided to eventually submit an offer, it became clear Mike understands the competitive housing market. He advised us on home price and the contingencies we could go with to be competitive. We made an offer (he drafted, and submitted, the offer right before midnight to get it in on time!) and came in 4th out of 18 offers, but it was not Mike’s fault. We listened to his counsel, but we made the decision to not use all of the available contingencies Mike suggested using. The best part about that, however, is that Mike wholly respected our choice. Mike never pressured us to make a decision. When we returned home, Mike conducted electronic showings via Skype/Facetime. We then made an offer on a second home, and again Mike was spot on with his recommendations. Our offer was accepted. Mike recommended an outstanding home inspector, and both worked with us on requesting repairs. Mike worked with the parties and continued his theme of excellent communication along the way. Although any home buying process is not without challenges, none of the challenges we faced were Mike’s fault. He was always honest, supremely communicative, and professional. Even post-closing, Mike has been there for us checking on a few final items. He is hands down the best realtor we’ve ever worked with and I would choose no one else.

Mike has not only been supportive as my realtor in my search for a home in Gahanna (almost 40 homes I drug him to over the course of a year or better), he's very knowledgeable on any questions I've encountered during the process and has truly been a big fan of mine during this challenging search for my perfect new home.
