3. Choose where you want to live from the list of hundreds of approved apartment communities throughout the state of Michigan.

4. Choose a Counselor & (You) the Willing Learner can follow the steps to success – on your own time, at your own pace, just in time with your own unique workspace path that is customized to fit your needs.

5. Movie-in to a safe place near work or school for your family. Then as you work you learn to expand into more coursework to benefit and shorten the gap to higher learning. IAG helps those in need find a safe place to live near school and work. IAG assists with steps to rebuild credit during a hiccup or financial crisis in life. IAG works with Agencies all over Michigan to help people turn their life around. The Program offers a Network of Counselors, Coaches, and Certified Educators, and Coursework Specialists, as well as an option to invest in Guided Performance Modules for Improvement Programs. These together will secure a better trust for knowledge for those looking to achieve a successful lifestyle.

First and foremost, I just want to thank Mike and his team for their help because without them, we would not be where we are today! We came from Ohio for my boyfriend’s job and could not get approved for any apartments (our credit was very terrible at the time), and at the last minute I saw an ad for Innovative Apartment Group!
