Mike was beyond excellent from the start. You couldn't possibly have wanted for a better person to work with. I've worked with countless professionals in my life, and with Mike it was a step above. It wasn't like working with another company representative, because most company reps come off phony, cold, and they overdo the 'line' to score points, and having been in the high end of the music business all of my life I can spot that in two seconds. Mike is the real deal - he's genuine, and that's a rare commodity in todays world. He is an example for everyone to follow. If his company is wise, they'll take advantage of that and have him do seminars so newcomers and even those who have been at it a while can take advantage of his expertise.

Let me start by saying I haven't bought a home in sometime, I was thinking why do I need a Realtor? I looked at a house online and somehow was connected to Michael G Boyle, a Realtor, in Northeast Florida. He called me, my first impetus was to treat him like a telemarketer. He went on to explain his qualifications and how he could help me. He was 5 Star Reviewed, he cared, he was going to help. Yes, yes, I thought. Well, I had no idea how valuable he would become. I am so grateful that I hung in there and gave him the chance to prove his worth. I am a Doctor of Psychology and don't easily get thrown by the small things, but there was a lot of stress with my purchase. Mostly, because I really wanted this very specific property and the Seller and their agent were very difficult at times. Michael hung in there and got me the home I wanted. I was amazed how a few minute conversation with him could diffuse my stress. He would add a funny story just when I needed it, or tell me that it wasn't me, not to take it personal. I could have pulled the plug and bought something else, he would tell me just hang in there and when it's all over you'll be happy. He really did an amazing job. He lifted me so many times when my spirits were ready to fail. I could not be more happy in my new home and I will think of him often with immense gratitude. You will too I know it.
