Beginning her career in Emergency Trauma, Melissa’s passion for working with people and solving problems in the midst of chaos was clearly visible. After over a decade as a highly-trained servant in the medical world, she stumbled into multifamily. Not only did she discover that multifamily offered her and her family a more financially secure future, but she also found that her passion for serving, educating, and helping others was in great demand to meet the individual needs of investors.

After making the leap into real estate, she immediately excelled. Melissa’s patience, and ability to lead and provide guidance to others while utilizing her stability in the midst of endless moving parts (chaos), were all critical to serving the needs of investors and ongoing investor relationships.

As VP of Investor Relations, Melissa educates investors to make the best decisions and ensures they feel confident surrounding their choice by providing the proper facts and figures needed to make the most sound, strategic investments. Since joining the company, Melissa has more than doubled the company’s total capital raised, deploying just under $100MM, and has assisted in quadrupling assets under management to nearly $400MM; even as Covid was causing devastating effects on business and the economy.

Under Melissa’s direction, every dollar deployed represents a strategic, fiscally sound partnership between passive investors and our management team.

“At MFCP, our investor’s needs always come first,” says Melissa, “As a fiduciary financial advisor, my job is to stay objective in helping investors determine what investment strategy best fits their goals, whether it’s in line with the opportunity we currently have available or not.”

Melissa currently lives just outside Orlando, Florida with her husband, 2 active boys, and 2 beautiful girls.
