In February of 2018 Marsha Merrill was recommended to us by a family friend and she provided excellent service from the beginning of the process and well after closing. Our experience began with Marsha sitting down with us and talking through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the Utah market. Based on our input (budget, ideal home, ideal location), Marsha provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs and what type of home we might expect to find within our budget. To start, we spent a few days looking in each of the neighborhoods we selected and checking out listings while Marsha spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different things we saw in each house/community. We were very indecisive home buyers, so we definitely tested Marsha's knowledge about local communities and types of homes, and were never disappointed with her responses. Most important to us, Marsha was always honest with us about what she thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. Even after closing, she still cheerfully recommended service providers when we contact her looking for suggestions as we complete work on our home. Fast forward to 2020 we decided to leave our Utah home and move to Idaho. Without hesitation we called Marsha. We knew based on our experiences with our home buying, that Marsha would be just as helpful with selling our home and she didn't disappoint! Our only gripe is we couldn't take Marsha with us to help purchase our first Idaho home. We will truly miss her, she felt like family to us and our son and daughter miss her everyday!

Marsha was absolutely incredible! We were in Washington State moving to Utah and she went above and beyond to help us get a home under contract technically sight unseen. She did about a dozen detailed videos of the home, showing us all the features of the home and answering the millions of questions I sent her way. We went into a multiple offer situation and she had all the best tips to help us win the bidding war. Marsha attended the inspection with me (I flew down for that) and helped negotiate the best deal after we had that information in our hands.
