This is not a promotion post this is a post to give a shout out to an amazing woman ... I was looking around for a house online since I live in ny ...one post I made asking about Cape Coral and 50 agents bombarded me ... I then found an aweosme house and thought it would be like over 600k some how she found me and told me some info I asked questions and figured she was helpful I hadn’t bought my house yet a new build but she was there to help when I had a problem with sucky agents she even called and I cried to her she helped me with answers my agent in ny didn’t know she helped find info to prove my house was actually legal 2 bed and bath and this was on going helping and talking to me with out me even giving her a sale I appreciate how sweet and caring she was without even knowing if I was gonna purchase from her ... the house was so amazing I got it and didn’t sell my ny house yet but she still is helping and listening to me vent cause she is that person who doesn’t look for a sale just !!
