Let me paint you a picture: a young, single, first time homebuyer in a market that is NOT in favor of the seller... A lot of people would've laugh in my face when I said I was ready to buy a home. Madi accepted the challenge. I am astonished with how amazing my homebuying experience was. Madi fought tooth and nail for me in a less than ideal buying market (to put it nicely). On the very rare times Madi couldn't show me a home, and we looked at homes almost daily for months, the rest of her team stepped up and was phenomenal. After going under contract, Megan has congratulated me, answered all my questions and given me everything I need for move-in day. This team is top-notch! Even though the bidding process can be gruesome and sometimes heartbreaking, I miss shopping for my home with Madi! She is a BLAST to be around and will WORK HARDER than anybody. Ask my late, late night texts from Madi scheduling showings and sending me listings. I can't even tell you how many times we were the first to walk into a house. THAT is a dedicated realtor. This absolutely was not an easy task for her. I'm a first time homebuyer that knew next to nothing about the homebuying process. Madison is excellent! We're in another state and she has been our person on the ground. She arranged for our carpets to be cleaned and ducts cleaned as well for getting it done before we moved to town.
