The inspector performed a Residential Home Inspection and Thermal Imaging Inspection on my house and was able to find moisture intrusion and mold in several areas. She was thorough, professional, great to work with and really took time to explain things as we went through the home. With this being an older home, there were many items to comment on and she was knowledgeable in all aspects. It is clear that they care about their customers and wants to provide them with as much information as possible. I very highly recommend this company if you’re looking for an inspector.

I needed a wind mitigation report quickly as my insurance was due and I had just had a new roof put on. I contacted Elite and they scheduled a same day appointment. Very professional. One of the most thorough wind mitigation inspections I have ever had. Used a drone to take pictures of the roof. Opened windows to make sure the right rating was done, went up into the attic to measure plywood thickness, lots of pictures. And all of this for a very reasonable cost. Got the report the next morning. Could not have been happier with their service.
