I interviewed a few different realtors for a sale a property and I am really glad I chose Lori. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. Having never done a sale before, she walked me through the process and did her due diligenceo on comparable properties to make sure that the listing price we were thinking was in a sweet spot. She was conscientious of how much repair/improvement that needed to be done to make it marketable without me not recouping my investment. The work that needed to be done was totally taken care of by her team who were also on top of it. The pricing was reasonable for that work and I only needed to submit the payment. Lori is so skilled and amazing! We're not from the area and she was so understanding of my teacher schedule. Traveling such a distance , we always brought our young son. She played hide and seek with him so we could focus on home buying!! She is so caring and showed such compassion to the home buying process. We are humans not a "sale" to her.
