Between Kurt and a very good handyman we were able to get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. Kurt help with the vendors in coordination with the work to be done. He did a lot more than what was required of him. House sold in a reasonable amount of time, basically what we estimated. Kurt kept us informed of everything that was going on right through to the closing date. Also Kurt is generally in just a nice person to deal with. Our experience with Kurt was excellent you don't have too many realtors that will come in and help you paint to get things done he was always there to answer questions when we needed something done he took care of it.
