Growing up in a household where her father was a general contractor and her mother an aspiring interior designer, She learned early on exactly what it takes to build a strong foundation and a happy home. As a young adult, Kimberly worked as a Leasing Agent and Assistant Property Manager for more than ten years, gaining experience in subsidized housing, senior housing, and student housing at both the University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan University. In addition to her experience in real estate and property management, Kim is also a former Middle School and Little league cheerleading coach. Kim’s bubbly personality and open disposition often precede her and assist in creating trustworthy, lasting relationships with each of her clients. Kim’s success in the real estate industry stems from her extensive knowledge of home construction and design and also her warmhearted understanding of clients’ diverse circumstances and needs. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends, whom she is very close with. She also enjoys cooking and outdoor activities such as swimming, camping, kayaking, and hiking. Additionally, Kim is a huge sports fan and enjoys rooting for Detroit’s home teams (Go Lions and Tigers!).
