I am a Loan Consultant with Caliber Home Loans. My background includes over 15 years in the real estate industry both as a Realtor® and as a Loan Consultant. My career prior to the real estate was in the public service field. I started as a firefighter / EMT, then emergency communications, and lastly a long career as a law enforcement officer. Coming from the public service background I have met a lot of great people and it taught me that not everyone is the same. I use this philosophy in my mortgage career, as no loan situation is the same and one client’s needs may not be the same as yours. I take the time to listen to the needs of my clients and help them make the best decision possible for their situation. I work with all types of buyers, from first time home buyers to the family looking to purchase their dream home, and everyone in between.
