Nelson gets straight to the point and doesn't beat around the bush. If there is bad news he informs you asap and already has a solution or recommendation lined up for you. Nelson and his team always looked out and fought for us trying to get us the best possible deal. Not only that, he is very knowledgeable and helped my fiance and me (first time home buyers) understand the process. He explained everything in an understandable way and had the patience to sometimes repeat it for us. Even after the home was bought Nelson has always been there to help even when he wasn't obligated to us.
