We have known Kasama for a while through church and she helped a friend of ours in the search for his first house. My husband and I were in search of our first home and we had little clue what we were doing. What set Kasama apart to us was how easy she is to work with. She was always easily accessible, responded quickly, answered any questions we had, and asked questions for us when we didn’t know what to ask. I know that all of our questions and delays would have driven anyone else crazy, but Kasama was so patient and understanding and didn’t push us into making any rush decisions before we were ready! She helped make the whole process much less stressful. Kasama was very hands on and explained everything so well throughout the whole process. It is with great pleasure that I write this review about Kasama Lee, our real estate agent extraordinaire. Throughout the entire process, from listing the house to the completion of the sale, she was easily accessible and responded quickly with any help we needed. To begin, she advertised the house with an incredible photo video presentation. After Kasama helped with staging the house to be shown, we decided to head south to my house for a short time. (I was helping my 90-year-old mother sell her house.) The next day after we left, sheltering in place took effect. Since we were unable to return, Kasama kindly watched over our home. We quickly had an offer and she kept in constant communication letting us know what was happening with the buyer, lender, etc. At times, there were hurdles to overcome, especially with COVID-19, but Kasama handled things like the true professional she is. After accepting an offer, she worked closely with us and gave sound advice with negotiating the price. She made the process easy by communicating regularly through texting, and phone calls, plus we were able to sign all documents through email. Kasama guided us smoothly through the whole process up until the house sold and was funded.
