Within a very few weeks the sale of my previous house was completed and this senior citizen has moved happily into her new home. Thanks largely to the effort, skill and exceptional knowledge base of Karen Whalen, the whole process has moved smoothly. Always ready to answer any questions I had, Karen was readily available by phone or e-mail to explain succinctly what the steps were, and why each was important from my standpoint. Before I retired I observed and evaluated student teachers. Had Karen been one of them, she would have received an A+ because of her ability to explain not only the “how” but the “why”. In addition, from taking exceptional photographs that made the most of my last home, to planning effective open houses, to efficiently handling the paperwork in a timely manner, I always knew that she had my best interests at heart. Karen is AMAZING!! She is so much fun to work with while buying or selling a home! Karen is GREAT at following through on things and always answers emails and phone calls immediately!
