Joe Bucci graduated from Oswego State University of New York in 1977 with a Bachelors Degree in Technology Education. He moved to Baltimore from Webster, New York to teach in the Baltimore County School System. He started his teaching career at Chesapeake High School helping to open the school in 1977. He taught Technology Education and coached football, basketball and golf. In 1985, he started working at Patapsco High School and Center for the Arts and retired in 2009. He finished his teaching career with 32 years of service. He has been involved in the real estate industry since 2001.
