Jim came out to my house to work on some dents on both doors of my 2012 Mercedes SLK 350. He tried to use his normal method of working on the dents by putting his tools between the glass and the door, but found that there was a steel panel blocking his path. He ended up having to remove the door panel in order to work on the dents. I was very happy with the results and glad that he didn't just give up and say that he couldn't fix the damage. He stuck with it and as a result, my car looks beautiful!
