Legacy Funding Connections is a dba of Legacy Real Estate Services, LLC, and was started by Jim Keyser in May of 2022. Jim is the owner of the company, but he works with various brokers depending on the project and the need for resources.
The company prides itself on customer service, integrity and transparency. We believe that the client is first, and we will provide the client with best possible deal to our knowledge, even if it means referring the client to another company.
We provide loans of all types and sizes, both personal and business. The company is associated with multiple lenders and brokerages, which provides the outlet for any loan. Personal loans are dependent on the person’s needs, and credit scores, and the potential collateral owned by the client. *We do not participate in the loan process for owner occupied homes*
