My wife and I have worked with several realtors throughout the years, and Jessica proved to be among the best! We were looking to purchase a 2nd home in Columbus our sons could live in while attending OSU. We inquired about some properties on-line and Jessica responded early. This was a remote purchase and we did not see the property before we purchased. We had a friend in Columbus who was able to look at the technical aspects and Jessica worked easily with him. He is not one to suffer fools, and he could not have been more complimentary about how good Jessica was. Jessica helped my fiance and I shop for and buy our first home! We looked at a ton of houses before finding the 'right' one, and Jessica was patient, accommodating, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Jessica was fantastic to work with while selling my condo. I had a very tight window i needed to sell my condo in and Jessica was able to meet right away, walk through the property, advise on "must-dos" prior to listing and get me started in the process. Once listed, she expertly helped navigate offers and counter offers until we were able to find the right buyer and price. Jessica was fantastic to work with. She was very good at making herself available to see homes. A must in a market as hot as central Columbus. I looked at a lot of fixer uppers and she had a keen eye for potential expenses, making it easier and clearer for me to narrow down my vision to find the perfect home. A big thank you to Jessica! Brand new to Ohio, and wanting to settle in Columbus with my family, we started making online inquiries about homes we liked. We were feeling overwhelmed and had several questions, but didn’t have a single contact to start asking these questions to. A few hours later, my phone rang and it was Jessica.
