We were lucky that we got to work with him for both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. The home we sold went for way above asking price with multiple offers in less than a week. In a million years we would have never expected that to happen, but when Jeff told us to trust him, we did and he worked his magic. With the home we purchased, we truly couldn't have done it without him. Moving during a pandemic is not easy. Lastly, even after closing, I was still able to contact Jeff about a job that needed to be done on my property and Jeff stuck with me and got the job accomplished this past week.
