Life moves from stage to stage, and we move from house to house. For me, it’s all happened in Colorado. From Colorado Springs to where I find myself now in Denver, I’ve never escaped the Centennial state. And I’ve yet to find a good reason to.
Here is where I became the family man I know myself as today and made helping others find their place within this beloved state my job. As you can see, Colorado has given me a lot, and I make it my life’s purpose to give back.
And my mission is made simple by my purpose.
My mission: to help you navigate the real estate realm and secure your ideal outcome.
My purpose: to serve others in any way I can.
To this, I owe my own natural disposition and a long line of valuable experience, most notably my time at MillerCoors. This highly competitive company required a razor-sharp focus to detail, a rigorous analytical approach, and the ability to derive definitive, logical conclusions thereupon. As you can guess, I was in Marketing, Sales & Management.
A listening ear
A helping hand
Whether I find an individual, couple, or a family in front of me – the plan is the same: to find a place that’s a good fit for them. In other words, the right home. The same can be said for those of my clients who came to me with the honor of searching for their first home, seasoned investors, empty nesters, and those just in need of a little extra space. I’ve seen it all, and to each, I bring the same vigor and insight. All of my clients receive personalized attention as I manage the transaction from start to finish. And I can assure you that no phone call will go unanswered or no request denied.
While maintaining the highest professionalism and prioritizing my clients’ best interests, I always try to keep an objective eye on the bigger picture. This infallible combination has helped me identify numerous opportunities within the local housing market while also mining for new ones. Nothing brings me as much joy as connecting the dots in an efficient, no-nonsense, and thorough manner. My aim is to streamline the process without cutting corners. As a result, you receive the best results without any of the headaches.

Meet the man behind the Realtor
If you’ve just read the above, you’d be forgiven for thinking I’m intense, straight-laced, and always ready to pounce! The truth? That’s just my job. I consider myself very easy-going as well as a people pleaser. I am a family man.
Some time ago, in 1994, in Colorado, of course, I met and married my best friend at the age of 22. Stephanie and I were married in Colorado Springs and took the idea of an extended honeymoon very seriously. Better said, we spent many of our early years traveling, exploring, and discovering the world.
Finally, travel-worn and ready to settle, we decided in 2000 that we wanted to add a few names to the Morris “roster.” The following year, we welcomed Courtney to the world. And when I say my world changed -I’m convinced it’s still upside down – for the better! You see, I never had a sister, so having a girl was and still is the most wonderful thing for me. I fell in love with that precious little bundle the minute I laid eyes on her. Sure enough, as I mentioned “adding a few names” above, we tried again two years later, almost to the day Nathan made an appearance. Nate was another dream come true.
I’d always wanted a son I could help and advise. I cherish the values my wife and I were brought with, and I wanted to impart them to this lovely little boy. From the time he was 6-years-old, I coached Nate in youth sports, including football and lacrosse.
He’s now standing a good bit taller at the age of 19 and putting his brains to good use at the University of Colorado Boulder. Courtney is now 21 and making great strides at Colorado State University. I couldn’t be any prouder of both of them! Here, we have lived in Highlands Ranch for 28 happy years and cherish the area and lovely community.
I still don’t know what I’ve done to be blessed with a family to love and the job of my dreams. But I know hard work. I definitely know dedication. And love and passion have gotten me everywhere. And that’s why, if you choose me to join you on your journey, I will do everything in my power to add you to the long list of satisfied clients and customers!
So do me a favor, please reply with all of your contact information so I can add you to my contacts as well!
