Janice Jimenez is known as the South Bay’s “Go-To” girl for community resources, and of course, matters regarding Home Buying, Selling, Home Loans, Refinancing, Life Insurance, Annuities/Retirement, and Healthcare. She has been a staple in the Carson- Torrance- LongBeach area, now serving homeowners for over 18 years. Dynamic, energetic and hardworking, she gets even the toughest transactions done, with a smile, whether it is the simplest, straightforward transaction, to Short Sale, Foreclosure, Distressed or Probate. Her outstanding negotiation, closing skills and great relationships with the Real Estate community makes her a professional everyone wants to work with. She is an immigrant, thus, homeownership is one dream she wants everyone to achieve.

She is member in good standing with the Southbay Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Moreover, she has done home funding since 2004 to the present, holding NMLS License to originate and process residential mortgage loans for the States of California and Nevada.

Her real estate career started when her family had an untoward real estate transaction experience with a Real Estate broker, that prompted her to make sure many other buyers do not go through the same ordeal. She was then blessed with a great mentorship at Century 21 Amber Realty, where she was always the Top Producer, earning her the Emerald Award, and ultimately, the coveted Diamond Award from Century 21. Shortly after, she opened Regal Brokerage when she obtained her broker-officer license. Regal Brokerage was awarded on December 2005, the “Key” to the City of Carson by Mayor Jim Dear.

While in business, she also worked as a Registered Nurse for 19 years. Being a nurse, she exudes caring and delivers excellent service to every single client. She retired her nursing career on September 2015, to focus on growing the business and having more flexibility to serve more clients. Janice serves the Southbay Los Angeles area, but has clients reaching up to Sacramento. Lately, she has been working with both active and retired Military personnel with homeownership and VA loan programs. Regal Realtors employs independent agents all over Los Angeles, Northern California and opened a Regal Real Estate and Loans branch in Las Vegas Nevada in 2019. What started as Regal Brokerage grew to Regal Inc., which expanded its services to include Home Loans, Financial (Retirement Planning) Services, Life and Health Insurance specializing in Medicare Solutions. Janice and her team of professionals work hard helping families become responsible homeowners, financially independent and secure. She is also mentoring new leaders and realtors who are driven and motivated. On another facet, she is active in the community, serving as the 3 time President in the FilAm Chamber of Commerce Southbay Los Angeles Area Board (2019-2021,) and VP Finance/Treasurer for the Coalition of Filipino American Chambers of Commerce. She is also a board member for Southbay Workforce investment Board, serving for 4 years to aid job placements and fight joblessness.

She also work for the benefit of the Victims of Domestic Violence and the Homeless with her own charity known as The Santa Clawss Drive every Christinas, now known as The White Dove Foundation, a 501c3 charity organization to combat Domestic Oppression and Violence. She is also actively involved in community events in and around the Los Angeles Area. Her transparency and dedication to service, earn her the admiration and continued patronage of both new and old clientele.

She has been awarded 2016 Woman of Worth Award by TOP LA, Best in Financial Services from Spotlight Awards 2017 and became 2020 Woman of the Year, from the office of Assemblyman Mike Gipson representing District 64.

In the age of the Pandemic Crisis, Janice Jimenez continued to educate and reach out to the community via social media with her “Ask a Broker” series, which then progressed to weekly “The Real Estate Gal” TV and Media series via Spotlight TV aired in LA18, YouTube, SpotlightTV.online, and soon will be seen on the Amazon channel.

In 2022, Regal Inc became a full service banker, with ability to fund mortgage loans in-house.  The City of Carson once again gave her an honor of a Proclamation in February 25, 2022 for 16 Years of Business Excellence and Community Service.

Janice authored these books to educate homebuyers in the home buying and selling process.
