I’ve been a licensed Real Estate Broker in both North Carolina & South Carolina since 2004, serving the Triad & Myrtle Beach areas.  I have been involved with over 50 short sales and can assist you if you’re behind & facing foreclosure or if you’re interested in purchasing a distressed property. I’m certified with NC Housing & SC Housing and am experienced with a plethora of down payment assistance programs as well as affordable housing products. Additionally, I’m a Workforce Housing Specialist, which means I can offer public service professionals (Teachers, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, EMS, Military, Medical, etc) an additional $1000 grant ON TOP of the other perks I offer these fine individuals. Credit challenged? I have you covered. I received Credit Safe certification by Freddie Mac in 2019.
