We offer a .75% of the purchase price as a buyer’s rebate. Some restrictions may apply depending on lender requirements and type of loan.

We charge $3000 Flat Rate unless it’s over $500,000 then it’s .75%. There is also a cooperating broker fee of 2.5% -2.8% depending on the market conditions.
