With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate business, I have a proven track record of helping individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership. I specialize in non-QM mortgages, assisting self-employed individuals and investors in securing loans. Prior to my current role, I co-founded and served as a partner for Productive Builders and Designers & Builders, where I established the finance divisions to assist clients with financing. I was also the top sales producer at Pacific Distributors, Inc. and served as the sales and marketing manager, overseeing major accounts such as Home Depot, Builder’s Emporium, and National Lumber. In 1998, I partnered with Rams Super Bowl quarterback Vince Ferragamo and opened End Zone Mortgage, which continued to operate successfully until I joined Sea Breeze Financial. There, I became heavily involved in the marketing side of the business, executing radio campaigns, infomercials, and print publication campaigns, with the goal of educating the Hispanic community about the American Dream of homeownership. In addition to my mortgage experience, I have owned and operated my own Coldwell Banker Real Estate franchise, gaining extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. In 2005, I became a partner of Essex Mortgage, a Mortgage Banker, and in 2011, I co-founded Califund, a mortgage company specializing in down-payment assistance for first-time homebuyers. As a community educator, I continue to organize seminars and produce radio programs to educate the Hispanic community about their options for refinancing, buying, and selling homes.
