Gerael is the best real estate agent I know! When I came to him I was looking for my first property to invest in; a real estate flip. I was very impressed with his knowledge not only on the transactional side of real estate but also with the moving parts that are involved in real estate investing. That told me a lot about how well Gerael has studied his craft! Not only did he have an answer for anything... it was the right answer. Another element of his services that stood out to me was not only his professionalism but his communication! In 2018, I made the decision to sell my house after ten years of ownership, and had a goal of selling it in 2019 as part of closing a chapter.
