I don't even know where to begin! Erik has been amazing from start to finish. As first time home buyers, my husband and I had no idea what to expect. Erik helped us every step of the way. He has truly gone above and beyond! He always makes himself available (I swear this man doesn't sleep!) He really listened to what we wanted out of our home and found us the perfect match! He worked so hard to get us everything we wanted. I feel like we've made a friend for life! Erik has such a kind heart! I can't wait to have you and your beautiful family over to the new place!

I highly recommend Erik! I moved from Rhode Island and bought a house here in Texas. Erik has been very helpful every step of the way and answered all my questions. He responds really fast and even on weekends! He pointed me in all the right directions! He goes above and beyond! He does not play! Lol, all work and no time wasted! Very nice and very professional. Erik is awesome! He was always there to answer any of our questions and made us feel comfortable about asking them. If he couldn't answer it for me, he had someone call me that could. Sometimes it was like he was a step ahead of me and ready with the information I needed before I could even ask for it. He definitely cared about not just us but our house; he had sincere suggestions and opinions about the houses he showed us because he wanted us to be happy with it. His frequent phrase was, "Whatever you guys want. I'm here to work for you and help you." Erik wasn't just trying to sell us a house but a home. Even after the deal was done, he called to check up on us and ask if we had any concerns which were really appreciated. Truly a super awesome realtor and person!

Erik was by far the most outstanding realtor we have worked with throughout our military moving journey. From the beginning it seemed as if he was a long time friend, he was always so approachable and friendly. Buying in an unfamiliar area, we had many questions and concerns. He was quick in responding, direct and honest. Not only did he make the home buying process clear and easy, he helped us with getting to know the area. He took into consideration our two small children and recommended many activities, festivals and areas to visit. He was always in the loop with community events to occupy our time while on leave. He even checked on us during the process, during crazy weather and to just see if we were finding our way around okay.
