I am Eileen Houghton and I am an Executive Partner of Exclusive Homes Co., brokered by Realty One Group Next Level where I hold my NH Real Estate license. I work with buyers and sellers of residential properties in South Central New Hampshire.
I have lived in Alaska and Florida and a few places in between, but NH has always been my home.
For the past 30 years, I have worked in the medical field which has afforded me the tools to be a caring, detail oriented, and confident professional. In 2020 when Covid hit, quite a few things changed in the medical field, and I knew I had to find another profession to back me up, and support myself in another way if needed. I have always enjoyed serving others and had an interest in Real Estate and decided that was the direction I wanted to take. In February of 2021, I became a licensed Realtor and I love it! What started off as a part time gig has fueled the fire and I am now working full time in real estate and have already helped many clients with their real estate goals.
One of my specialties is helping first-time home buyers navigate the buying process and find their first home. I am so excited and proud when they are at the closing table signing and getting the keys to their new home!
Aside from real estate, I love to travel and hang out with my son and two dogs, Tank and Kenna. I enjoy driving the back roads and getting lost at times, just to see what I am missing. There is a lot out there!

Our second appointment is a more in-depth appointment that includes the Market Value Analysis customized for your home created by me, and a presentation regarding the process of selling your home, how it all works and what to expect. The first appointment takes around 15 minutes. The second appointment takes around 1 hour. Buyers: Buyer Consultation Appointment- We meet for this consultation once you’re all set up with your pre-approval letter. (Please reach out first if you need a recommendation for a local lender) At the consultation we will talk about the process of purchasing, what to expect, how much to expect to spend, and an in-depth conversation of what you’re looking for in a home. Once we have your criteria all set, you will be set up with an automatic feed from the MLS database to be kept up to date on the latest listings that fit your needs! This appointment takes around 45 minutes.
