We were fortunate to have a fantastic point person with Colleen Cline who made everything, and I mean everything go smoothly. She was available 247. We felt like she adopted us! We did two moves as part of relocating from Austin to Florida. The first move in May went smoothly. I suspect a more typical pack-and-move. The challenge came in the second move. We had staged the house to sell but left a decent percentage of our things behind. The second move was to pack and store. But there were two wrinkles - pack and store for two future shipments to two different places. The team of movers was terrific. This team was always reassuring that they would make it happen and not to worry. They managed our stress, and we needed help!
