My name is Coleman Combs, and I couldn’t be more excited to have the opportunity to meet with you and see how I can best meet your needs! As an agent with Wemert Group Realty, I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself to you, so when we meet, it can be all about you and your needs.
As for myself, I am an Orlando native that is in love with this city. I grew up here after my family moved from Tennessee, and quickly realized how much I love exploring the different parts of Orlando and what they have to offer. After graduating High School, I attended college at UCF and shortly thereafter realized I could leverage my love for this city as a career; which began my career in Real Estate. After 6 years and over 100 transactions later, that passion for Orlando and love for serving others is still there! I have had the privilege of assisting families through almost every type of transaction, and because everyone’s situation and needs are special to them, I make sure to take the utmost diligence in understanding all of my client’s needs in as much detail as possible.
On a more personal level- while I do love my career, my interests outside of work are also very much a part of who I am. A good portion of my “free time” is usually spent either training for or participating in Ultra Marathons. I also love spending quality time with my friends and family (usually in some of the great restaurants in Orlando). And when it’s time to shut my brain off, I love to relax with a good book or movie, and occasionally some bottom-tier reality television.
