Been in business 30+ years and have been getting fleeced by credit card processors all that time. To this day, my phone rings at least every hour by people pushing merchant services and you cannot trust any of them. The last go-round was with a processor that kept changing or "updating" the machinery, always costing me more and more money. The bill for processing was roughly $3,500.00 every month+ $69.00 for leasing the machine. I would call the rep and demand a lower rate every time I got my statement, his reply was that it was impossible because it was already so low. I kept warning him that I was gonna dump his company if I found a better rate however, I wasn't really looking because I believed him. In walks Travis Widner and talks me into letting him see may statement. The next day he returned and said that he'd save me $1,000.00 a month. Needless to say I made the switch, that was 4 months ago so now I'm $4,000.00 ahead of the game, and counting. Always make sure that when you fire your old company, that you have your bank put a stop on all transactions with your old processor, I learned that the hard way once when they stole $3,500.00 from me upon termination. I cannot remember the company but I will update this review when I do. I was never able to recover the money either, but the rep lady's name was Chris Casas. She still works the area and she's a Thief and a liar so be on the lookout. When I finally hauled her into court she claimed that it would take her "years" to repay the money that she stole. Funny how it only took seconds to steal it. The judgement was for $5,000.00 and I never collected.. She always played the poverty card, I later found her living in Covenant Hills and driving a new BMW X5. A real con artist. Always read the fine print and make them write in BIG BOLD LETTERS, CANCELABLE ANYTIME WITHOUT NOTICE.. Just in case.. These processors are weasels and will try anything. For the first time, I'm happy with this kind of service. I have a processor that is just a stones throw away, answers the phone and does what he says. Travis Widner... Thanks buddy !!
