Christopher Hubbard has been a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person since 2003 and currently holds a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker License at RE/MAX BEST. Prior to entering Real Estate, Chris attended Wagner College in Staten Island where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Born and raised in East Meadow, Chris has an excellent knowledge of the Long Island area. Chris had joined the family business with his mother Jo Ann Hubbard and together they continue to successfully help the lovely citizens all over Long Island, Queens and Brooklyn, with all of their real estate needs. We couldn't have had better partners than Chris Hubbard, Jo Ann Hubbard and their staff in selling our family home in East Meadow. Know real estate, know East Meadow for over 30 years and are warm engaging people to work with - doesn't get better than that. Great ideas about how to increase the sales value of the house, available 24-7 and well versed in building department and tax assessor nomenclature of the Town of Hempstead. We had some particular issues with building permits that were not closed from over the 80 years the house was in the family name. Chris knew the ins and outs of who to contact in the Building Department, what expeditors to contact and how long it could be anticipated to clear the issues. The Hubbard office team was particularly useful in this regard given the numerous times I would stop in with questions. Truly enjoyed working with Chris, Jo Ann and the Hubbard team. Would recommend them for your real estate needs without reservations.
