My selection was mainly based on the referral, and solidified after initial communications and responsiveness. Brianna was excellent with communications (responsiveness and content). My lender was less than effective, which led to several problems, but these were beyond Brianna's control. Brianna is a ball of energy, always has a smile, and is cheerful.
