About

Brian Gallant is a real estate broker for Coldwell Banker 1st Choice Realty.  He grew up in Teller County and after high school, served four years in the Marine Corps.   He then returned to Colorado in 1997 to get his real estate license and began his real estate career with Century-21 selling property with his dad John Gallant, who successfully sold real estate for over 15 years.

Wanting to broaden his horizons, he received his MCSE certification and moved to Huntington Beach, CA to work in the IT industry. Due to his love of the outdoors, he moved back to Colorado in 2001.  Hoping to follow in his dad’s footsteps Brian continues to enjoy helping customers with their real estate needs.  Brian helps customers buy and sell homes throughout El Paso and Teller County.

Brian and his wife Mandy enjoy spending time with their two daughters.  Brian loves the outdoors and has Rock Climbed the 3,000 ft Nose of El Capitan in Yosemite and also hiked the entire 500 mile Colorado Trail in 2013!  Other hobbies include CrossFit, mountain biking, white water kayaking and anytime spent in the outdoors!

Brian helped us greatly in finding a home. He was always available, very hard working, and very sympathetic to the stresses of selling one home and buying another. I have a story that I think sums up our experience with Brian. When closing on the new home, the seller's agent was complaining about having to do a lot of the leg work for his clients in getting their house ready for sale. All the little things, getting receipts from the furnace inspection, chimney cleaned, gutter fixed, etc. He said he would never do all that again. I quickly realized how good we had it. Brian did all that stuff for us without even having to ask. If I was at work, he made the phone calls, he recommended someone that could paint for us, found groupons for discounts on furnace maintenance, found a garbage disposal on sale at Costco. The list goes on and on. So what the other realtors are unwilling to do, Brian does it. Moving, selling, buying, it is all very stressful. Brian does an amazing job of mitigating that. I highly recommend him!
