Her vast knowledge and passion for homes started in her childhood. Growing up, her father worked as a general contractor who built homes from the ground up. She learned every phase of the building process and developed a keen appreciation for the smell of paint, sawdust and constructed environments that become a place to call home. She pursued fashion design at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Diego as well as interior design at the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, where she soon discovered she wanted to be involved beyond the surface level of interiors. Tawni became a leading broker where she excels at curating environments that create a feeling of warmth in client’s newfound abodes.
