Alina Gutierrez was born in 1976 into the Real Estate industry. She and her brother Eddie worked diligently with their father who is a Real Estate Broker, Contractor, Builder and Renovator. She was born and raised in Fairfield County and as a teenager she worked as a receptionist in the same office as her father. Alina worked alongside him on renovation projects, new construction, and property management. She then managed her father’s investment properties as well as working as a loan originator before becoming a Realtor. She enjoys educating and guiding her clients, whether it is to find their first home, their dream home, or their next investment. She is honored and thankful to help assist her clients with their next big move. She is also a mother of 2 beautiful daughters. Alina comes from a Puerto Rican family, with strong ties to her culture and community. In 2011 Alina introduced the first family restaurant and lounge in Bridgeport, Connecticut area. She is also known as restauranteur and bringing live entertainment and artist to her venue for the community to enjoy. She was the President of a non profit organization CT BPT -United For PR in which she established days after Hurricane Maria. She and board came together to raise over $30,000 and personally brought over 200,000 pounds of goods to Puerto Rico. Those goods were personally distributed to 8 municipalities that most effected and in need. Alina is currently the President of the first Connecticut NAHREP Chapter. (National Association of Hispanic Real Professional of Fairfield County) NAHREP is a purpose driven trade organization that is propelled by a passionate combination of entrepreneurial spirit, cultural heritage and the advocacy of its members. Alina is an active advocate for the Latino community where she has been awarded by Latina & Power. She has also been honored by both the City of Bridgeport and State Senator Blumenthal for her community & business leadership.
