HCC-Fresno is a 2018 start-up company located in Fresno California. For 14 years, its owner worked as a sales representative with Golden Malted, a waffle and pancake business. The territory consisted of the Central Valley of California. HCC-Fresno owner continues its business relationships to this day!

Prior to 2018, we determined “four quality tools” needed in the business kitchen. Finding the best prices was crucial, as well as a reliable delivery system. In 2020, we included residential customers with the same four quality kitchen tools and same prices!
